Elle is in CA but Always in our HeartsWe are thinking of you, Elle, and wishing you all the luck and happiness possible in your new environs! Recipe to Share! Lynda Ritterman made the most delicious dessert.
Here is her recipe: Lemon Delight:
1 bag of lemon snaps (from Sprouts) 2 pkgs of lemon pudding mix 1 qt milk 1 large tub of Cool Whip Mix the lemon pudding with the qt of milk for 5 minutes. Refrigerate pudding for several hours, or overnight. Crush the lemon cookies. Mix the cookies with the pudding. Fold in the Cool Whip. Very easy. Enjoy! I also think this would be good with ginger snaps and butterscotch pudding, or I have also made it with chocolate pudding and Oreos. Delish! |
